Bikram yoga studio

My experience with them has been life changing and liberating. I can go on and on my experience but that's for some other day. Holly, Gill and entire staff has been very friendly and reflect lot of calmness. One should try at least once.

I just love getting up early morning and having the Pilates or Yoga classes at your studio! Always very welcome and warm and after the class I have so much energy for the whole day. Happy that I found this studio and highly recommend to everyone!

I always leave FLOW feeling so good both physically and mentally!The classes are amazing, so many too choose from and the teachers are very supportive and respectful.The place is also spotlessly clean and they have a lovely welcoming chill area with tea and filtered water. I love to stay and have a chat with others after class.If you are considering a studio in this area, look no further! You will find everything you need and more at FLOW!

Holly and the team at Hot For Yoga are great! 3 is the magic number of classes to complete before deciding if its for you... it takes 3 classes for your body to adjust to the heat. I am really benefitting in ways I didn’t even know i would - sleeping a lot better, feel “looser” and generally more energetic and also I have had quite a shift in my body awareness and acceptance. I have never spent so much time looking at myself in a mirror haha.... but this has given me a growing appreciation of what my body can do and how amazing it is.... highly recommend giving Bikram Yoga a try - and Hot For Yoga is the place to do it!

My favourite place. When I am away from my yoga tribe, I feel sad, stressed and unhappy. This yoga and this studio have absolutely everything: challenging for your body and mind, all students and teachers are friendly and, most importantly, accepting of anyone of any shape. This studio is different. It serves from the heart ❤️

Terrible customer service. My sister and I messaged enquiring about the schedule (because they had no phone number, very poor for a business)and no one got back to us. We decided to drive there and ask some questions and then do a class. We got there and we didn't get a greeting at all, just questioned how we got into the building . We didn't get any answers to our questions as the girl there said that we need to speak to the owner cause she was running late to her class. I drove for 25min to speak to somone and instead we left dissapointed and will not join this place. Don't waste your time.

Flow is a beautiful space with absolutely amazing instructors. I have full trust in all the instructors and they have really helped balance my body. I cannot recommend Flow enough, I feel very blessed to have found them. And also a special mention to the wonderful Lesley in admin, you’re such a warm and wonderful soul. Thank you all so much :)

A great place to challenge yourself. It’s a life changing experience. The staff is very supportive and motivating. Love to keep coming back.
